Sean Price was part of a team of Manasquan lifeguards and firefighters that rescued dozens of trapped residents at the height of Hurricane Sandy. A news photo of Price, making his way through chest deep water in total darkness searching for victims, went viral as the historic storm slammed the Jersey Shore. He is photographed a year later, on the same flooded street.
