TEANECK, NJ (Nov. 4, 2013) — New Jersey State Police scream "Dorp it, drop it!" as they take the father of Richard Shoop into custody at gunpoint at about 1 am after the elder Shoop emerged from his Teaneck home brandishing a screwdriver hours after his 20-year-old son opened fire at the nearby Garden State Plaza in Paramus.
